ASTM F436/F436M Type 1 Clipped Washer

ASTM F436/F436M Type 1 clipped washers are specially designed carbon steel hardened washers with a flat edge (clipped side) to fit into tight spaces or near structural edges. Conforming to ASTM F436 standards, these washers ensure proper load distribution and prevent damage to adjoining surfaces while maintaining strong bolted connections. They are widely used in structural steel applications where clearance limitations exist.
