ASTM F436/F436M Type 1 Extra Thick Washer
ASTM F436/F436M Type 1 extra thick washers are hardened carbon steel washers designed for high-load structural applications where enhanced bearing surface and increased thickness are required. Manufactured as per ASTM F436 specifications, these washers provide superior load distribution, prevent embedment, and improve joint integrity when used with high-strength bolts such as A325/A325M and A490 . Their extra thickness makes them ideal for heavy-duty assemblies where standard washers may not provide sufficient support.
